Mike and David LaVallee

Who we are. Growing up in the LaVallee household meant being immersed in real estate before we could even walk.  Our father, Mike "Mr. Yorba Linda" LaVallee, has been working with and proudly serving the Orange County area as a Realtor for over 35 years. So when the opportunity came to grow his team with his own sons it was a perfect fit for everyone involved. Along with my brothers Kevin and Michael who graduated from Cal State Fullerton, we find ourselves both uniquely and ideally situated in this changing real estate market. Working with Keller Williams, our family team which spans generations is able to combine decades of local market knowledge with the new technology home sellers and buyers demand.

Why are we blogging? The best real estate agents offer amazing service, so what better reason to blog than to regularly post about local community events as well as industry news? Being out and about interacting with the community on a daily basis means we hear about local news and events that we'd love to share with friends and clients. Staying on top of industry and community news is not only helpful but should be a requirement for a broker, so be sure to visit often for info on Yorba Linda, Orange County, Irvine, real estate news, and anything that could possibly improve your life while living in beautiful Southern California.
